This itsy bitsy string bikini, as featured in the New York Times, is made from factory surplus fabric originally intended for Olympic speed skaters, reincarnated into your favorite triangle string bikini, gone green (literally).  Top ties behind the back and neck, and low rise bottoms tie at each side.  A polyester/lycra blend, the nature of this unlined fabric allows it to dry quickly while being fade resistant.
