How do I return an item?

Returns: Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange, store credit or refund, as set forth below.



1.  All returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition and RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Bodycare items must be unopened and unused to be returnable.  No refunds can be issued for Gift Certificates or Store Credits.

*Note: During the winter holiday season, the deadline for exchanges of gifts will  be extended by 14 days after the New Year.

2.  Please contact us at (503) 236-3999 or click here to email us for a return authorization.

3.  Please fully complete the return/exchange form included with your order.  If you no longer have it, you can download a copy here: return/exchange form

4.  SALE and/or CLEARANCE items are only eligible for store credit or exchange.  Refunds can not be issued for SALE or CLEARANCE items.  

5.  Shipping costs are not refundable.  Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.  Greenloop will pay shipping expenses for outgoing exchanged items.

6.  Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.  As credit card statements are cyclical, a credit to your account may not appear in the same month you returned the item.  Please be sure to check two billing cycles to ensure proper credit has been received.  If you have questions or concerns about a returned item, please call, or email us at contact@thegreenloop.com.

Note: We are not able to offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale shortly after they may have been purchased at the regular price.  Timing is everything...and it would be a shame to wait for something to go on sale, just to find that it is not longer available next time you look.  Here's a tip: Subscribers to our newsletter, In The Loop, often receive pre-sale shopping offers and coupons not available to the general public.
