Return Policy & Procedure
Returns: Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds
- All returned items must be in new, unused, and resealable condition and RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- CLEARANCE and/or FINAL SALE items and items marked down 60% or more and are not returnable.
- Please contact us via email or phone to obtain a Return Authorization and instructions regarding your return. All messages will be returned by email.
- SALE items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Refunds can not be issued for SALE items.
- Store credits issued for acceptable returned items shall be valid for one year from the date they are issued.
- Shipping expenses paid to receive the order are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for the lowest rates and free pick-up service. Greenloop will not pay for expedited outgoing or return shipping.
- Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
- Items lost in transit that are being returned to Greenloop are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to 21 days for your return to be processed. As credit card statements are cyclical, a credit to your account may not appear in the same month you returned the item. Please be sure to check two billing cycles to ensure proper credit has been received. If you have questions or concerns about a returned item, please email us at contact@thegreenloop.com.
Note: We are not able to offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale shortly after they may have been purchased at the regular price. Timing is everything...and it would be a shame to wait for something to go on sale, just to find that it is not longer available next time you look.
