however The Greenloop and Econscious Market are two separate entities,

Limitation of Liability

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Greenloop product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Greenloop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Greenloop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Greenloop shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by The Greenloop without notice at any time, for any reason. Listing Terms and Conditions
Any company, whether manufacturer, designers or retailer, signing up for a listing shall herein be referred to as the
"The Brand". The Greenloop will generate a listing for The Brand based
on the information and/or images provided in this sign-up form here. The
Brand hereby gives
The Greenloop permission to post the Brand's images, copy and
information on The Greenloop website. The Brand agrees to a listing
term of six (6 )months, after which time the Brand will be contacted by
The Greenloop for renewal 14 days prior to expiration. A Listing may
be updated
once every two (2) months via email request.The card on file used to pay
for the listing will be charged when the order is placed, and each
month thereafter for the listing on the date the listing becomes
live. The Greenloop
retains the right to refuse a listing from any company it deems
incompatible with The Greenloop's product criteria.
